Refund Policy

ArcVida wants you to be satisfied with our service.

Our flagship Service, From Here to Hired, is designed for clients who have earned a bachelor's or master's degree within the last seven years. We serve clients who want to find a full-time job in the United States and are eligible to do so without employer sponsorship.

If you meet our client criteria, register as a client, finish the first 2 modules within 3 weeks, and then decide that our service is not a good fit for you, then we will refund 75% of your purchase price, in your initial payment form, within 30 days of request.

Finishing the first two modules includes:
1) Watching the videos;
2) completing exercises in modules 1 and 2 by logging into the client online platform at arcvida.com;
3) joining and posting as instructed in the online network group (arcvida.mn.co);
4) scheduling, holding, and inputting notes about the networking conversations, and
5) joining the weekly conference call live, or listening to the recording.

If after completing the first modules within 3 weeks of purchase, you decide to stop using the service, you agree to send an email or private message the host on the online network asking for a refund.

If you meet our client criteria and we terminate your account because our methodology is not working for you, we will refund 75% of your purchase price - prorated for completion, in your initial payment form, within 30 days of termination.

If we terminate your account because you violate our Terms of Service, we will not refund any portion of your purchase.
