Refund Policy

ArcVida wants you to be satisfied with our service.

Our Activate, Pivot and Energize Services are designed for clients who have earned a bachelor's degree, or higher. We serve clients who want to make a great career transition and are oriented towards full-time work in the United States and are eligible to do so without employer sponsorship.

If you register as a client, finish the trial, pay for our service and then complete modules 4 and 5 within the next 3 weeks before deciding that our service is not a good fit for you, then we will refund 65% of your purchase price, in your initial payment form, within 30 days of request.

Finishing the first five modules includes:
1) Watching the videos;
2) completing exercises in modules 1 -5 by logging into the client online platform at arcvida.com;
3) joining and posting as instructed in the online network group (arcvida.mn.co);
4) scheduling, holding, and inputting notes about the networking conversations, and
5) joining the weekly live session.

If after completing modules 4 and 5 within 3 weeks of purchase, you decide to stop using the service, you agree to send an email or private message the host on the online network asking for a refund.

If you meet our client criteria and we terminate your account because our methodology is not working for you, we will refund 100% of your purchase price - prorated for completion, in your initial payment form, within 30 days of termination.

If we terminate your account because you violate our Terms of Service, we will not refund any portion of your purchase.
