Every parent wants to help their grown child, every recruiter wants to help professionals land jobs, and every advisor wants to give the right advice...but there is only so much support that one person can provide.
Structured, comprehensive support that helps clients find and land jobs to launch careers they love – by providing what they need, when they need it. It takes most people 8 – 12 weeks, but if it takes longer, we're available.
Our chief coach Anna Hunter is a career coach's coach who earned multiple degrees from prestigious universities along a career path that included several careers before earning her professional coaching certification. In a large private hospital, she coached all levels – from senior physicians to C-suite executive to mid- and lower-level professionals. Her clients benefit from her deep understanding of how different organizations function and how fulfilling careers can be built. Over the last 10 years, through her private practice and in partnerships with universities including Georgetown, University of Pennsylvania, Emory, Brandeis, NYU, and Northwestern, Anna has helped thousands of professionals navigate the next move to create careers they love.
Any successful person has a community of people who have invested in them – and want to see them succeed. At ArcVida, we help every client tap into that base of support – with a structure that allows them to begin build on that foundation and create a fulfilling career that that will lead to a self-sustaining life.
We coach clients to create careers they love, but we have spent most of our lives in the business, nonprofit, government, education, and technical sectors.
We have significant individual experience recruiting, hiring, training, managing and supporting young professionals in a variety of roles and sectors. Our advice is current and bolstered by the continuing experiences and successes of our clients.
Tech-enabled coaching allows ArcVida to provide deeply personalized and continuous support – from anyplace at anytime– without compromising the service quality each client needs to succeed. With a strong online community of young professionals working together toward the same goals, our clients feel energized, motivated, and connected – while avoiding the trap of demoralizing isolation.
ArcVida doesn't duplicate, but rather complements, university career resources. We encourage clients to take full advantage of what their university alumni offices have to offer: alumni networks, resume review, mock-interview workshops, job boards, networking events, and their professors' professional connections and advice. We offer the kind of continuous, weeks-long, structured support that career services and alumni relations simply don't have the bandwidth to provide to their alums.
