ArcVida offers a structured, comprehensive, career-search coaching program with full support.
We serve aspiring professionals looking for full-time jobs who are U.S. residents and have earned bachelors or masters degrees within the prior 7 years, or who will graduate in the next few months. Our service is open to all who can work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. The program is personalized to each client and our methods work regardless of gender, race, ethnicity or age.
Our clients take 8 – 12 weeks of self-paced work to find and land a job that will launch a career they love. The service is self-paced and time-unlimited; clients pay a small monthly fee if they are still searching after four months. Clients must have access to a telephone, a computer with Internet access, and transportation to interviews and networking meetings and events.
We offer services that complement, rather than duplicate, what most universities offer alumni. We partner with career offices: currently graduates of New York University and Loyola Marymount University have university discounts available. We also support university career centers with professional development including a recent networking webinar for University of Pennsylvania alumni, and an upcoming job search webinar for spring Georgetown graduates and their parents.
Our social mission is to offer our coaching service across the income spectrum. Twenty percent of our clients will receive need-based scholarships, which will be distributed through alumni career offices.
